We hadn't been there for a while...We tried this evening, booking this afternoon; top. As usual they kept a table for us, we ate Fried Gnocco with Salami and Cheeses and then followed by RIBS with POTATOES. Everything was top notch, even the sweets they made at the end of the dinner. A show.

We came here for lunch and we were very pleased with the gnocco fritto and selection of meats we had - which was exactly what we were hoping for. The cheese plate was nice but not great. The dishes also came with fun portions of a great onion jam and two other varieties (a fruit-based jam and a honey-based jam, I think). They also have a tempting steaks. They had a robust-looking fixed menu, as well. Staff was friendly and the place was uncomplicated and nice. We will return.

Absolutely love this place! Went out with my university's friends for dinner, and we had an amazing experience in Gnocco Fritto from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff is both professional and friendly. The food is exquisite and there is also a good selection of wines. Highly recommended! If you are looking for excellent steak, delicious pasta, or a great selection of meats and cheeses in Pavia, this is the place to go!
